(QNO) - The South Korea International Lotus Village Organisation (ILV) has just given scholarships to the poor and studious pupils in Tam Ky city.

This is the 10th time that the ILV has given scholarships to pupils in the city. This time, the ILV’s delegation gave 100 gifts. Each of them is worth 500,000 VND and some pens, sweets. The gifts aim to encourage these pupils to be more hard-working.
