The showcase brought futuristic concepts closer to reality, signaling a bold step toward digital transformation in one of Vietnam’s fastest-growing sectors.

Among the highlights was the 4D Mapping Immersive Epson system, which delivered stunning visual and light effects, alongside 3D Virtual Reality experiences simulating future hotels and restaurants, powered by MetaQuest and Samsung.

A mesmerizing hologram mist projection combined with laser mapping offered a spectacular visual feast, blending art, entertainment and cutting-edge technology.

Equally striking was the introduction of service robots, AI-powered facial recognition and smart check-in systems designed to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Supporting technologies included Bose & WorkPro livestreaming solutions, automated coffee machines, and Galaxy Pay charging stations, all contributing to a seamless, modern hospitality experience.

The entire system, valued at over VND42 billion, reflects Vietnam’s determination to build a tech-driven tourism ecosystem.

According to Nguyen Duc Quynh, the Chairman of HorecaFex Vietnam and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Hotel Association, five-star hotels in the country are already applying cutting-edge technologies in reception and guest services, producing tangible results.

He emphasized that this wave of innovation is essential for strengthening competitiveness and positioning destinations like Da Nang alongside leading hubs across Asia.

As reported, in the first half of 2025, Vietnam welcomed 10.6 million international visitors, up 20.7% year-on-year and served 77.5 million domestic travellers, generating a sum of VND518 trillion in revenue.

As Vietnam’s tourism embraces both tradition and technology, visitors can now look forward to experiences that are not only culturally rich but also intelligent, interactive and unforgettable.
