DNO - According to the Da Nang Statistics Office, real estate business services citywide earned VND 1.736 trillion in revenue in August, down 13.6% compared to the previous month but up 76.2% compared to the same period in 2024.

During the January - August period, the total revenue from real estate business services in the city generated VND 13.577 trillion, representing a 108.4% year-on-year increase.
The revenue from other service sectors in Da Nang in the first 8 months of the year was as follows: arts and entertainment services reached VND 6.219 trillion; education and training VND 4.515 trillion; administrative and support services VND 3.858 trillion; and health and social assistance VND 3.252 trillion.
According to the city's statistics office, the market is still affected by policy adjustments and legal procedures. However, the long-term prospects for the local service and real estate sectors still remain positive thanks to the city’s geographical advantage, increasingly modern infrastructure, and continued strong investment flows into border areas between the two former localities.
