2026 International Culinary Culture Festival to take place in Ha Noi
DNO - The 2026 International Culinary Culture Festival, themed “Cultural Crossroads - Beyond Flavors”, will take place at the Diplomatic Corps Area, Kim Ma Ward, Ha Noi on November 21 and 22.

The festival is expected to promote cultural and culinary exchanges between Viet Nam and international friends. It will bring together nearly 100 booths hosted by embassies, consulates, foreign cultural centers, foreign affairs agencies and businesses.
The booths will be arranged across three themed areas, including “Proudly Vietnam”, “ASEAN Flavors", and “World Flavors”.
The festival will serve not only as a chance to honor and promote the unique values of Vietnamese and global culinary culture but also as a platform to advance cultural diplomacy, expand international cooperation, and spread an image of Vietnam as a friendly, creative, and globally integrated nation.
Alongside, the festival will uncover the stories and cultural identities embedded within each dish, fostering a space for multicultural exchange between Vietnam and the international community.
In addition, it will feature culinary demonstrations, cultural experiences, artistic exchanges, and the application of digital technology. This will create vibrant, multifaceted space where food, culture, and people converge. Also, charitable initiatives conducted directly on stage will be included in the festival.
The festival will serve as a cultural and diplomatic bridge, connecting diverse culinary traditions through a wide array of dishes, ranging from traditional flavors to modern creativity. It thereby underscores the role of cuisine in fostering friendship and international cooperation.
