Airlines introduce discounts to boost travel to Da Nang
DNO - Airlines are offering a range of discounts and travel incentives in the final months of 2026, giving visitors more affordable options to explore Da Nang and plan year-end holidays.
According to the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre, tourism businesses have introduced various promotional programs to stimulate travel demand and attract more visitors to the city.
Sun PhuQuoc Airways offered a 30% discount on tickets for the Da Nang - Phu Quoc route.
The promotion applied to bookings made through November 1, 2026, for travel through November 10, providing travelers departing from Da Nang with an attractive option for a getaway to Vietnam’s “Pearl Island”.
Vietjet is running its “It’s 12, Time for Vietjet” promotion, offering discounted Eco-class fares from zero Vietnamese dong, excluding taxes and fees, during daily sales from noon to 2 p.m.
The offer applies to selected domestic and international routes, with travel dates from November 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, excluding certain peak periods and public holidays.
The airline has also partnered with Grab to offer passengers a 20% discount, capped at VND300,000 per ride, on GrabBike and GrabCar trips to or from airports by entering the code VIETJET when booking.
Vietnam Airlines is offering up to 20% off domestic fares under its “The Earlier You Book, the Better the Fare” program, available through the end of December 2026.
Its “Brilliant Thursday” promotion provides discounts of up to 15% on selected domestic routes and up to 25% on selected international services, giving travelers more opportunities to plan their trips at lower costs.
The national flag carrier has also teamed up with Grab to offer a 20% discount on rides, capped at VND200,000 per code, for passengers purchasing tickets online with Da Nang International Airport as their departure or arrival point.
The Grab promotion is available for ticket purchases from October 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.
These airline and transport incentives are expected to make travel to and from Da Nang more convenient and affordable during the year-end season, when the city is preparing to welcome visitors with a diverse calendar of cultural events, festivals and tourism experiences.
With expanded flight connections, promotional fares and convenient airport transfers, Da Nang is positioning itself as an appealing destination for travelers seeking a vibrant city break or a relaxing holiday in central Vietnam.
