Da Nang signs cooperation agreement with Innov Da Nang
DNO - Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center under the municipal Department of Science and Technology, on October 27, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Innov Da Nang Co., Ltd.

Under the agreement, the two sides will collaborate to promote the investment and trade opportunities in Da Nang while connecting startups and enterprises with suitable investors, experts, and international startup support organizations.
Both will discuss how to expand the participation of foreign partners in the Da Nang Innovation Startup Festival (SURF), the Da Nang Venture and Angel Investment Summit (DAVAS), and other innovation-focused programs.
The linkage between Da Nang’s startup ecosystems, Fukuoka (Japan), and Chiang Mai (Thailand) will be strengthened. Also, startup exchange, experience sharing, and investor connection, as well as support for businesses in accessing international markets will be facilitated.
The two sides aim to collaborate on training, consultation, expert connection, and information exchange to enhance the global integration capabilities of the city’s startups, founders, and enterprises.
At the meeting, Innov Da Nang shared its experience in building a community for digital nomads and suggested the development of a long-term cooperation strategy.
In reply, the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center asked Innov Da Nang to support in connecting with reputable international venture capital funds, aiming to enhance the scale and appeal of the city’s innovation and startup-focused events.
Innov Da Nang specializes in providing business-oriented services, including "soft-landing" support, coordination, the facilitation of trusted professional networks, and assistance in accessing the innovation ecosystem.
The company is currently developing several training and ecosystem-building programs.
These include "Innov Youth Lab", designed for students and young people to cultivate a startup mindset, practical skills, and professional networks; "Innov Startup Lab" which helps early-stage startups strengthen their business foundations and leadership capabilities in preparation for fundraising and cooperation; and "Innov Co-Founder Lab", a platform that connects Vietnamese and international founders to explore co-founding and startup cooperation.
