DNO - The Consulate General of Japan in Da Nang, in coordination with the Hoi An Ward People’s Committee, organized the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Piano Concert at Hoi An Park on October 25.

The concert provided a platform for artistic exchange and helped strengthen friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries.

The concert in Hoi An featured an array of piano works, including compositions by Chopin and Ravel, as well as Sakura-Sakura by Kosaburo Hirai. The performances offered audiences a rich blend of classical music and melodies reflecting Japan’s cultural heritage.

Following a similar friendship piano concert held in Da Nang in 2025, this year’s event helped broaden cultural exchanges and foster connections between artists and younger generations in the two countries through the universal language of music.
