Da Nang offers 5,000 gifts and vouchers to Korean tourists during Chuseok 2026
DNO - To mark the Korean Mid-Autumn Festival, known as Chuseok, Da Nang is rolling out the “I Love Da Nang” programme for Korean tourists.

Accordingly, more than 5,000 gifts and promotional vouchers are being offered to Korean visitors as a welcome and thank-you gesture from September 21 to 27.
Travellers can receive locally themed souvenirs such as tote bags, lanterns and keychains, along with promotional vouchers for transportation, dining, entertainment and experiences.
To receive such gifts, visitors simply need to present their flight tickets or passports at designated gift distribution points, and check in and take photos on Instagram as instructed by the programme.
Gifts and vouchers are available daily from 9:00 am - 11:00 am, and from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, at the following locations: the Tourist Information Desk in the International Passenger Terminal at Da Nang International Airport; and the Da Nang Visitor Support Centers located at 18 Hung Vuong Street, Hai Chau Ward, and at 49 Phan Chau Trinh Street, Hoi An Ward.
The “I Love Da Nang” program is among the city’s tourism promotion activities targeting the Republic of Korea (RoK) market in 2026.
Previously, Da Nang carried out promotional activities at the Daegu Chimac Festival 2026, a chicken-and-beer festival, and organized a gala event in RoK to promote Da Nang tourism.
The city continues to strengthen connections with businesses, local authorities and aviation partners in RoK. In particular, it has signed a cooperation agreement with the Busan Tourism Organization.
Beyond welcoming and serving visitors during the Chuseok holiday, the “I Love Da Nang” programme provides an opportunity for the city’s tourism sector to directly gather feedback, identify the needs and travel trends of Korean visitors, as well as gain a better basis for adjusting promotional content, tourism products, and market outreach approaches in the period ahead.
During the first eight months of 2026, Da Nang welcomed around 6.9 million international visitors, up more than 26% year-on-year. Korean visitors accounted for around 20.3% of the city’s total international arrivals, remaining its largest international visitor source.
