Da Nang ready to host 4th ASEAN - China Judicial Forum
DNO - The Da Nang People's Committee held a working session on Friday with a delegation from the Supreme People's Court to review and finalize preparations for the 4th ASEAN - China Judicial Forum 2026 in the city.

During the working session, the delegation from the Supreme People's Court and the Da Nang People's Committee reached a consensus on various aspects of their coordination.
Both sides focused on reviewing preparations for facilities, venue decoration, immigration procedures, security, medical services and logistics to ensure the forum is organized professionally and effectively.

The 4th ASEAN - China Judicial Forum 2026 will take place in Da Nang from October 9 to 12. It is expected to attract more than 100 delegates, including over 70 international participants.
The main forum and bilateral meetings are scheduled for October 10 at the Furama Resort Da Nang.
Under the theme “Strengthening Regional Judicial Cooperation in the Context of International Integration and the Digital Era”, the forum will focus on two key areas.
These will include cooperation in handling criminal cases and cross-border civil and commercial disputes in the digital era; and the sharing of experience in developing e-courts and applying artificial intelligence (AI) in adjudication, along with future prospects.
The forum will contribute to deepening bilateral and multilateral cooperation among the courts of ASEAN member states and China, as well as promoting the ASEAN-China comprehensive strategic partnership.
Through the forum, participants will have opportunities to share experience and strengthen judicial cooperation to meet the demands of international integration and boost socio-economic development.
