To make travel to Ba Na Hills more convenient, Sun World Ba Na Hills pilots a free bus service from August 8 to December 31, 2026, connecting central Da Nang with Ba Na Hills.
Buses depart from Novotel Da Nang, stopping at East Sea Park, My Khe Beach, Vegas Club, and 99 Vo Nguyen Giap Street before continuing to Ba Na Hills. The journey takes about 75 - 80 minutes.
Two buses leave Da Nang at 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., with return trips at 4 p.m. No advance reservation is required; visitors simply need to arrive at designated stops before departure.

The free service offers a convenient option for individual travellers, families, and young groups without private transportation.
From August 1, 2026, Sun World Ba Na Hills has replaced paper coupons with a single QR code containing all ticket benefits, marking a step forward in digital transformation and improving visitor convenience.
The QR code on each cable car ticket or e-ticket can be used for cable car access, buffet entry at Taiga and Bon Mua (4 seasons) restaurants, and one of three complimentary culinary options: two 250ml glasses of Sun KraftBeer or French fries at Ba Na Brew House, or a handcrafted French pastry at Eric Kayser bakery.

By integrating all benefits into one QR code, Ba Na Hills eliminates paper coupons and offers visitors a simpler, more convenient experience.
Beyond digital ticketing, Sun World Ba Na Hills is expanding smart services through the Sun Paradise Land app. Its eMap feature helps visitors navigate the resort and locate attractions, restaurants and services, while WOWPAY, scheduled to launch on September 1, will enable cashless payments via QR codes.

Until August 15, visitors born in 2001 or later can also enjoy discounted ticket prices, starting from VND500,000 for cable car tickets. The promotion requires a valid photo ID to verify age.
