Da Nang to host Miss Heritage Global 2026 for first time
DNO - Da Nang will host the grand finale of Miss Heritage Global 2026, marking the first time the international beauty pageant will be held in Vietnam.
Scheduled to take place from August 7 - 13, the event is expected to welcome contestants from over 40 countries and territories.
It will significantly contribute to showcasing the tourism, culture, and heritage of central Vietnam to international friends.
According to the organizers, Miss Heritage Global is more than a beauty competition. It aims to promote cultural heritage values and foster international exchange through practical experiences at some of central Vietnam’s most popular destinations.
During the event, contestants will take part in a wide range of activities in Da Nang, Hoi An, My Son Sanctuary, Ba Na Hills, and Hue.
Hosting Miss Heritage Global 2026 is expected to provide a further boost to Da Nang’s MICE tourism sector as well as to enhance the city’s international media exposure.
The event will also offer an opportunity for Da Nang to advertise its tourism infrastructure, hospitality services, and capacity to host large-scale international events.
In addition, it will contribute to reinforcing the city’s position as one of Vietnam’s leading destinations for major festivals, conferences, and events.
The pageant will further enrich international cultural and tourism events in Da Nang in 2026, thereby strengthening the city's reputation as a venue for regional and global events and promoting the preservation and sustainable development of cultural heritage through tourism.
