Returning to Da Nang for DIFF for the third time, Mr. Mattia Nalin, a member of Italy’s Martarello Group S.L.R, said he was amazed by the city’s development.
According to him, each return trip always reveals a more developed and vibrant Da Nang. What has impressed him most is the friendliness and hospitality of local people.
Sharing the same feeling, Mr. Robert Cameron Fairbanks, a representative of the Australian fireworks team, said this is his second visit to Da Nang.
After nearly a week in the city, he and his teammates spent time visiting many popular tourist attractions, exploring local life, and enjoying traditional cuisine.
For me, everything about Da Nang is wonderful, from its friendly people and modern infrastructure to its vibrant festival atmosphere. All of these have left a deep impression on me. I truly love this place.

Attending DIFF 2026 for the first time, Mr. Patrick Thomas Reuter, leader of the German fireworks team, highly praised the professional organization of the festival.
He was particularly impressed by the experiences of exploring local attractions, trying local dishes and strolling through the city’s streets.
After this trip, Mr. Patrick hopes to have the opportunity to return to Da Nang in the future because there are still many interesting things he has not had time to discover yet.
Meanwhile, Mr. Andre Macedo, leader of the Portuguese fireworks team, said that from his first visit to Da Nang for DIFF 2025, the central coastal city has left a very positive impression on him and quickly become one of his favorite destinations.
In his view, Da Nang stands out for its innovative spirit, respect for tradition, and captivating natural landscapes. For travel and adventure enthusiasts, it is a destination well worth experiencing.

Mr. Ye Zhi Chao, technical manager of the Macau (China) team, was particularly impressed by the enthusiasm of local residents and support staff.
“During the construction and preparation process for the competition, our team received tremendous support from local people. That made us feel truly welcomed and warm” he shared.

DIFF is playing a significant role in in enhancing Da Nang’s profile on the international events map.
Mr. Naganuma Keisuke of the Japanese fireworks team believes that DIFF is not only a professional competition but also a platform that helps participating teams raise their international standing.
