During the meeting, leaders of the municipal Department of Foreign Affairs highly praised the positive support from OneSky. They particularly appreciated Ms. Morgan's leadership and management in promoting many practical programs and projects benefiting children and local education and training sector.
Projects funded by OneSky have not only provided valuable resources in terms of finance, expertise, and knowledge but also promoted profound humanitarian values.
They have contributed to improving the quality of care, nurturing, and education for children, especially those from disadvantaged and vulnerable backgrounds.
In 2025 alone, OneSky successfully carried out two projects in Da Nang: the OneSky Da Nang Early Childhood Care and Education Center and a professional training program for independent preschool education institutions.
The total disbursed value for the two projects reached US$788,096 out of a committed budget of US$748,787, achieving a disbursement rate of 105%. This noteworthy result reflects the strong commitment, responsibility, and effectiveness demonstrated in the implementation of bilateral cooperation programs.
During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on three new projects that OneSky plans to implement in Da Nang during the 2026 - 2029 period.
These are a project to enhance the quality of care and education for preschool children in industrial zones at the Son Ca Kindergarten in Lien Chieu Ward, with an estimated budget of US$897,576; a project to strengthen the professional capacity of teachers at independent private preschool education institutions, with an estimated budget of US$ 565,242; and the US$ 166,193 project to support the care and education of orphaned and disabled children.

At the Son Ca Kindergarten, OneSky plans to implement several initiatives such as supporting teacher salary payments and 50 children aged between six months and six years who are children of industrial workers facing particularly difficult circumstances; and providing professional training for school administrators and teachers.
Representatives of Da Nang’s departments and agencies highly appreciated OneSky’s commitment and goodwill in continuing to partner with the city.
They also pledged to coordinate with and assist the organization in completing the necessary procedures to ensure the timely and effective implementation of the aforementioned projects.
In Lien Chieu Ward, from 2016 through August 2025, OneSky funded and supported the operation of the OneSky Da Nang Early Childhood Care and Education Center, the predecessor of today’s Son Ca Kindergarten - Campus 2.
Through this model, more than 970 children of industrial workers have gained access to a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early childhood education environment.
In January 2026, OneSky officially inaugurated its representative office in Da Nang.
