Taking place from May 28 to 30, the exhibition features over 100 booths showcasing food, beverages, packaging machinery and equipment, bakery equipment, and food ingredients from reputable businesses in Vietnam and such international markets as Japan, Thailand, China, and South Korea.

The food and beverage market in Central Vietnam is showing strong growth potential, driven by the expansion of tourism, services, consumption, and the restaurant-hotel ecosystem.

In this context, Da Nang plays a crucial role as a regional connectivity hub, facilitating businesses in the industry to access markets, seek partners, and expand their business networks.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Do Thi Quynh Tram, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade, highly appreciated the initiative of the participating units, especially the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs’ Association in bringing the Food & Drink Show to the city.

Highlighting the Food & Drink Show as an important trade promotion event, Deputy Director Tram hoped that businesses and partners would continue choosing Da Nang as a venue for annual events. This would help strengthen connections between enterprises and potential partners and customers in the F&B industry.

Besides the exhibition area, the show offers a series of specialized activities and interactive experiences for visitors, including business networking sessions, thematic seminars, workshops, and culinary demonstrations.

The exhibition is open to visitors free of charge from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. Locals and tourists can register to participate directly at the event or register online in advance through the organizer's system.
