The event offered a unique opportunity to savor the region’s freshest seafood, explore local fishing village life, and immerse in the rich cultural heritage of Vietnam’s central coast.

At the heart of the festival was the Tam Thanh Sea Kitchen, where chefs prepared seafood dishes right on the spot, using locally sourced ingredients.

From grilled fish and squid to crabs and traditional coastal delicacies, visitors could enjoy authentic flavours that showcase the culinary richness of the region.

This interactive experience allowed food lovers not only to taste the sea’s bounty but also to learn about traditional cooking techniques passed down through generations.

Complementing the culinary experience, the Coastal Market featured over 50 booths showcasing OCOP products, local specialties and handmade crafts.

Guests could browse dried seafood, traditional fish sauce, seashell souvenirs, and other artisanal creations, creating a vibrant space for shopping and cultural discovery.

The festival also recreated the daily life of Tam Thanh’s fishing community in the “Sea Flavours - Fishing Village Imprint” zone.

Visitors explored models of basket boats, fishing nets, and maritime craft scenes while participating in hands-on activities such as net weaving, noodle-making, and fabric bag crafting.

Throughout the three-day festival, evening programs feature folk art performances, street music, youth exchanges, and beachside entertainment, creating a vibrant cultural atmosphere along Tam Thanh Beach at the start of summer.
