VnExpress Da Nang International Marathon 2026 returns with new highlights
DNO - The organizers of the VnExpress Da Nang International Marathon have officially announced the opening of registration for the 2026 edition.

Scheduled to take place on July 19, the VnExpress Da Nang International Marathon will expand in scale with the goal of attracting more international runners, particularly those from East Asian, European, and African countries.
The marathon is expected to combine competitive racing with summer sports tourism experiences in the coastal city.
In the long term, the VnExpress Da Nang International Marathon hopes to position Da Nang as a familiar destination for the global running community.
The race route is expected to continue to feature the city’s signature coastal and riverside roads, passing through many prominent landmarks such as the Dragon Bridge, the Tran Thi Ly Bridge, the My Khe Beach, and the Vo Nguyen Giap - Hoang Sa coastal route.
July is also considered the peak tourist season in Da Nang, making the event an attractive option for participants who look to combine racing with family vacations. The marathon will include three race categories of 5km, 21km, and 42km.

In addition, the experience of crossing Thuan Phuoc Bridge was described by many participants as both “challenging and captivating”, offering panoramic views of the river, sea, mountains, and city skyline from above.
