Riding the growing demand for experiential tourism, the summer of 2026 promises an explosion of first-of-their-kind, internationally styled entertainment and experiential events in the coastal city.

Mr. Alex Castaneda, founder and CEO of Go Vietnam 365 Trading and Tourism Company Limited, said that after years of directly operating and evaluating the effectiveness of events in Da Nang, he has recognized the great demand from both locals and tourists for multicultural and multi-experience event formats.

He added that Da Nang has already hosted a wide range of attractive cultural performances and events that clearly showcase its rich traditional identity. However, there remains significant potential to develop more internationally oriented experiences.

“Now is the right time to refresh and elevate the city’s events and festivals. This summer, we will launch a series of events including the Craft Beer Festival, Da Nang Summer Fest, and the Vietnam Taco Festival, each offering diverse cultural flavors suited to a broad audience. We expect these to ignite the festive atmosphere of the peak tourism season” said Mr. Alex Castaneda.

A highlight expected to attract more than 5,000 attendees is the Da Nang Craft Beer Festival 2026 which is taking place during the April 30 - May 1 holiday.

The event features over 20 breweries, more than 100 varieties of craft beer, and 20 food stalls. This is a completely new outdoor experience at the Ariyana Beach Garden.

Notably, the event is designed to be family-friendly, with a dedicated children’s area and a wide range of activities suitable for all ages.

Meanwhile, the Da Nang Summer Fest, the city’s largest summer event, will be organized in July - the peak tourist season. It will focus strongly on music, entertainment, and interactive activities.

The event is expected to feature 60 booths and 4 continuously operating music stages, offering a diverse range of performances including live music, dance, art performances, and many other unique activities, creating a vibrant festival atmosphere throughout.

In September, the Vietnam Taco Festival will make its debut in Da Nang, further enriching international culinary experiences in the city.

According to Mr. Alex Castaneda, the aforementioned events will adopt international standards in both operations and visitor experience through models and ideas that have been widely recognized globally in a bid to attract diverse audiences.

They are designed to create open, culturally blended spaces where visitors and the local community can connect, interact and share memorable moments.

“Our goal is not just to organize events, but to build a cultural ecosystem around them, thereby fostering community engagement, supporting and energizing local businesses, from F&B to hospitality. Altogether, this will contribute to shaping a fresh, dynamic and highly attractive image for Da Nang as a destination” he emphasized.
