The event is attracting large numbers of local residents and international visitors.

Located along Pham Van Dong Street in An Hai Ward, Da Nang, the event gathers dozens of food stalls showcasing signature dishes from Vietnam’s northern, central and southern regions, alongside OCOP (One Commune - One Product) booths, regional specialties and popular street food.

The culinary space is designed not only to celebrate Vietnamese gastronomy but also to create a distinctive tourism experience for visitors during the national holiday period.

Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy familiar dishes such as “banh xeo” (Vietnamese sizzling pancakes), mi Quang noodles, “banh mi”, traditional sweet soups and a variety of fresh seafood specialties rich in the flavors of Central Vietnam.

In additon, the programme features live cooking performances and culinary exchange activities, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere along Da Nang’s beachfront.

According to Da Nang Fantasticity, Michael Thompson, a visitor from Australia said he was impressed by the opportunity to explore many Vietnamese dishes in one seaside location while experiencing the diversity of local culinary culture.

“I tried several seafood dishes and the flavors are very unique compared to what I have tasted before. The atmosphere here is wonderful, close to the beach, full of activities and very welcoming. I think this is a fantastic experience for anyone visiting Da Nang”, he shared.

As Da Nang enters the peak summer tourism season, the “Huong Vi Viet” culinary space is helping showcase the city not only as a destination for beautiful beaches and modern attractions, but also as a place where visitors can truly experience the soul of Vietnamese culture through food.

With its blend of authentic cuisine, coastal scenery and festive energy, the event is becoming a must-visit destination for travelers looking to savor the flavours of Vietnam in the heart of Da Nang.
