Ready to welcome a new wave of large-scale investment
DNO - The Danang Venture and Angel Summit 2026 (DAVAS 2026) is scheduled to take place from May 25 to 27, promising to become a key platform connecting investment capital with innovative startup projects.
Strong imprint from DAVAS 2025
The Da Nang Venture and Angel Summit 2025 (DAVAS 2025) gathered more than 20 domestic and international investment funds managing about USD 3.5 billion, along with over 60 experts and 30 startup-support organisations.
Nearly 40 startups from Hong Kong, Singapore, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi joined fundraising activities. The event also featured 40 startup booths, launched the “Da Nang - Greater Bay Area Innovation Space", and signed 11 cooperation agreements, further strengthening Da Nang’s appeal to global investors and the startup community.
Building on the DAVAS-2025 success, DAVAS 2026 will feature networking activities, a Web3 Builders Summit on blockchain and digital assets, strategic dialogues, and a technology exhibition with over 50 startup booths.
The venture and angel investment forum will remain the highlight, where startups pitch to domestic and international funds. Participation is expected to grow significantly, with more investment funds and startup projects compared to the previous year.
Active preparations
In preparation for the Da Nang Venture and Angel Summit 2026, the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Centre is helping startups improve pitching presentations and English skills for investor engagement.
Universities, investment funds, and incubators are also introducing promising projects and strengthening training and communication to attract wider participation.
According to Nguyen Viet Toan, Director of the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Centre, the event will expand startups’ access to capital and international expertise.
With more funds and higher-quality startups expected, DAVAS 2026 is set to become a key regional fundraising forum, strengthening Da Nang’s ambition to become a leading innovation hub.
