At the same time, it will lay an emphasis on developing cultural industries, prioritizing sectors with strong potential such as cultural tourism, performing arts, cinema, software, gaming, advertising, and handicrafts.

Another key task is to accelerate digital transformation in cultural management, operations, and event organization.

In the coming period, the local cultural sector will build a big data platform on heritage, cultural resources, artisans, artists, and cultural activities; and implement digitalization of heritage using 3D, VR, and AR technologies to support preservation, research, education, and tourism development.

At the same time, the city will encourage the application of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and augmented reality in the production and distribution of creative products, as well as develop digital platforms to enable residents and visitors to access and enjoy cultural offerings.

Great efforts will be made to establish technical standards for digitization and data security to enhance the efficiency of cultural management and organization.
