Free admission to Da Nang Museum on March 29 for 51st Liberation Day Celebration
DNO - The Da Nang Museum will offer free admission for both residents and visitors on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of Da Nang’s Liberation Day (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2026).

The program will be open to all visitors and run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on March 29, 2026 (Sunday) at the museum, located at 31 Tran Phu Street, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang.
As one of the city’s landmark cultural institutions, the Da Nang Museum has been comprehensively invested with a modern exhibition system that harmoniously combines traditional interpretation methods with advanced technologies.
From a collection of nearly 27,000 documents and artifacts, around 3,000 representative items have been selected for display, vividly recreating the story of Da Nang’s nature, people, and socio-historical development.
The exhibition space is scientifically arranged across three floors, structured into nine thematic sections: an overview of the city, nature and people, urban history, struggles for independence, war remnants, the journey of integration and development, cultural diversity, and collections of antiquities.
Notably, the application of modern presentation technologies such as 3D mapping films, interactive 3D displays, documentaries, and multimedia systems significantly enhances the visitor experience, creating both visual and emotional engagement.
Beyond a conventional museum visit, the experience offers an immersive journey where each step brings visitors closer to the past, and each space tells a story through imagery, light, and sensory perception.
