Time Out: Hoi An named among world’s 51 most beautiful destinations in 2026
DNO - Da Nang’s Hoi An has been ranked 51st among the world’s 51 most beautiful destinations for 2026 by renowned UK-based travel magazine Time Out.
According to Time Out, Hoi An offers a tranquil pace of life, ideal for visitors to immerse themselves in the local rhythm, sipping morning coffee with residents, cycling through rice fields, and watching buffalo graze. The ancient town captivates travelers with its rows of yellow-painted heritage houses and enchanting lantern-lit streets.
A special feature highlighted by Time Out is Hoi An’s ability to maintain a natural connection between its heritage and contemporary life. The cuisine here is not just about well-known dishes, but also about cultural stories and memories preserved in every corner.
The Time Out's list also includes another Vietnamese destination, Ha Giang, ranked 17th. Topping the 2026 ranking is Picos de Europa National Park in Spain.
