Vietjet to launch Da Nang - Jakarta air route in April

DNO - Low-cost carrier Vietjet Air has opened ticket sales for two new international routes connecting Da Nang with Jakarta (Indonesia) and Nha Trang with Singapore.

The move aims to expand its regional flight network and boost trade and tourism between Vietnam and Southeast Asia’s major economic and travel hubs.

Accordingly, the Da Nang - Jakarta air route is scheduled to launch on April 29, 2026, with five round-trip flights per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

The flight departs from Da Nang International Airport at 1:45 pm and lands in Jakarta at 5:20 pm (local time). On the return leg, the flight leaves Jakarta at 6:20 pm and arrives in Da Nang at 10:05 pm on the same day (local time).

Meanwhile, the Nha Trang - Singapore air service is expected to operate on June 1, 2026, with four round-trip flights per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

The flight departs from Cam Ranh International Airport at 10:25 am and arrives at Singapore Changi Airport at 1:40 pm (local time). The return flight leaves Singapore at 3:15 pm and lands in Nha Trang at 4:35 pm on the same day (local time).

To celebrate the new services, Vietjet is offering a range of promotions on all routes between Vietnam and Singapore and Indonesia, including promotional fares from VND0 (excluding taxes and fees), 20kg of free checked baggage for Eco-class tickets, and 20% off SkyBoss fares (terms and conditions apply).

The promotional booking period runs from March 16 - 20, 2026 via the airline’s website www.vietjetair.com or the Vietjet Air mobile app. The offer is valid for travel between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027 (excluding certain peak travel periods).

The new routes contribute to strengthening tourism and trade connectivity between two of Vietnam’s most popular coastal destinations and the dynamic economic and tourism centres of Singapore and Indonesia.

Da Nang and Nha Trang are among Vietnam’s best-known coastal cities, attracting visitors with their pristine beaches, mild climate and distinctive cuisine.

Meanwhile, Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, impresses visitors with its vibrant urban life and multicultural character. Singapore stands out for its iconic architecture, lush green spaces and diverse culinary experiences.
