DNO - The first-ever “Danang in Korea Festival”, a South Korean traditional arts festival organised by the World Korean Culture and Arts Exchange Association, will take place in Da Nang City from March 3 to 5.

The programme includes traditional Korean dance, music, and folk performances, showcasing the richness and diversity of Korea's cultural heritage.
The festival brings together leading South Korean traditional art groups, including the Gyeongsangdo Sori Preservation Society, Yuluri Garak Preservation Society, Lee Eun-ja Art Troupe, Seongshin Art Troupe, Kang Yeon-ah Dance Company, Kwon Seung-won Dance Company, Jinju Gyobang Gutgeori Dance Preservation Society, Usarang Traditional Dance Research Institute, and Sea Dance Company.
Performances are scheduled for March 3 and 5 at Son Tra Cultural House (An Hai Ward) and March 4 at the outdoor Pink Beach stage in East Sea Park.

The World Korean Culture and Arts Exchange Association is a private organisation that promotes South Korean traditional arts through international exchange programmes.
Organisers hope the festival will mark an important milestone in promoting South Korean culture globally while strengthening Vietnam-South Korea cultural ties.
