Sun PhuQuoc Airways launches new routes to Da Nang
DNO - Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA) officially launched new routes connecting Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City with Da Nang on Wednesday, aiming to enhance access to the central city’s high-end tourism and entertainment ecosystem.

At 6:15 am on the same day, the airline’s first commercial flight departed from Noi Bai International Airport in Ha Noi for Da Nang.
Shortly after, at 10:30 am, another flight took off from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, bringing passengers from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang.
To meet the growing demand for trade and tourism, Sun PhuQuoc Airways plans to significantly increase capacity starting in March 2026.
Specifically, the Hanoi - Da Nang route will begin with two flights per day and double to four daily flights from March 1, 2026. Meanwhile, the Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang route will operate two daily flights from February 25, 2026.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways' entry into the Ha Noi - Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang route contributes to expanding travel options in terms of carriers, flight schedules and services for both residents and visitors.
The new route will further enhance its strategic value as the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2026), sponsored and co-organized by Sun Group, is set to officially open in late May.
Alongside expanding its domestic and international network, Sun PhuQuoc Airways is making strong strides in fleet development, especially in wide-body aircraft.
On February 18, 2026, in Washington, D.C., the airline signed a US$22.5 billion contract to purchase 40 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner wide-body aircraft. This marks the largest wide-body Boeing aircraft order in Vietnam’s aviation history to date.
