Da Nang has great advantages for developing large-scale industrial park infrastructure linked to a diverse, modern, and sustainable ecosystem that meets the requirements of both domestic and international investors. These include a synchronized infrastructure system comprising road, air, and sea transport, abundant human resources, and the effective production capacity of existing supporting industries.
In addition, the central government has approved a series of special mechanisms and policies to create exceptional development momentum for the city, including the establishment of a Free Trade Zone and an International Financial Center.
With remaining development potential, coupled with rapid advances in science and technology and timely policy decisions, Da Nang possesses all the necessary conditions to develop high-tech industries, creating significant added value.
The focus is on forming a green, clean, and sustainable industrial ecosystem, encompassing digital industry, artificial intelligence and semiconductors; creative and cultural industries such as digital art, design, and fashion; and mechanical engineering and supporting industries.

Also, the city will consider developing a separate plan for industrial development in mountainous areas, linking the establishment of industrial zones and clusters with job creation for locals, especially ethnic minority groups.
