Da Nang tourism promotion in the Philippines
DNO - According to the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the city is currently conducting a series of tourism promotion activities in the Philippines (January 27 - 30) to enhance destination marketing and tap into the fast-growing Southeast Asian market.

The event includes a tourism presentation in Cebu, participation in ATF TRAVEX 2026, and business networking sessions with travel agencies and airlines in Manila.
On January 27 in Cebu, Da Nang introduced its key tourism products, highlighting cultural and heritage tourism, beach resorts, entertainment, cuisine, and major 2026 events.
Besides, programmes targeting MICE and wedding tourism, along with cooperation with KOLs and KOCs, were also introduced to enhance Da Nang’s international destination visibility.
Notably, nearly 1,000 B2B meetings were held with over 100 Philippine partners, opening opportunities for tourist exchange and the potential launch of a direct Cebu - Da Nang flight.
From January 28 to 30, the Da Nang tourism delegation is participating in the ATF TRAVEX 2026 International Travel Fair in Cebu- one of ASEAN’s largest tourism events, attracting over 1,500 international delegates.

At Vietnam’s shared booth, Da Nang is holding 36 business meetings with partners from Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, the US, and Russia, focusing on beach resorts, heritage, MICE, golf, and wedding tourism.
On January 30, the delegation will continue its working sessions with nearly 25 tourism associations, airlines, and travel companies in Manila to exchange information on new tourism products, the 2026 events calendar, and incentive policies.
The Philippines remains one of Da Nang’s fastest-growing markets, with 165,698 visitors in 2025 (a 2.5-fold increase over 2024). Currently, two airlines operate 17 weekly direct flights on the Manila - Da Nang route, with new routes expected starting in March 2026 to further boost growth.
