OneSky opens representative office in Da Nang
DNO - OneSky, an international non-governmental organization, officially opened its representative office in Da Nang at 32A Phan Dinh Phung Street, Hai Chau Ward.
The opening of the representative office further affirms OneSky's long-term and sustainable commitment to partnering with Vietnamese agencies and departments in improving the quality of early childhood care and education, with children placed at the center of all policies and actions.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan highly appreciated OneSky's contributions to early childhood care and education, especially in industrial zones and clusters in Vietnam in general and Da Nang in particular.
He voiced his hope that OneSky would continue to accompany Da Nang in bringing early childhood education programs to disadvantaged and underprivileged children in industrial zones and clusters, and remote areas.
In Vietnam, OneSky's first project was implemented in coordination with the Da Nang People's Committee to establish and operate the OneSky-Da Nang Early Childhood Care and Education Center.
From September 2017 to August 2025, the center cared for, nurtured, and educated nearly 1,000 children aged from 6 months to 6 years who are children of disadvantaged workers. The Center has become a model for high-quality early childhood care and education in areas with industrial zones.
After eight years of operation, the OneSky-Da Nang Early Childhood Care and Education Center was officially handed over by OneSky to the Da Nang Department of Education and Training and the Lien Chieu Ward People's Committee for management.
Along with the OneSky-Da Nang Early Childhood Care and Education Center project, since 2018, OneSky has launched a project to enhance early childhood education capacity through training programs for teachers and caregivers at private, independent early childhood education facilities in Da Nang, Quang Nam (former), Quang Ngai, and Hai Duong (former).
OneSky continues to cooperate with the Ministry of Education and Training to implement a project on improving the quality of care, nurturing, and education for preschool children in the 2025 - 2028 period in industrial parks and clusters in Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh Province, and Bac Ninh Province.
