Logistics and e-commerce growth opportunities in Da Nang
ĐNO - On January 17, Swinburne Vietnam’s Da Nang campus, in collaboration with partner organisations, hosted a seminar titled “Da Nang - A Global Hub for Logistics & E-commerce: Opportunities for Growth in the Smart Technology Era”.
The seminar discussed key themes shaping the logistics and e-commerce sectors, including trust as a core asset in e-commerce, the rise of the non-human-labour economy, and next-generation business models, with a focus on their relevance to Da Nang.
The discussions highlighted both emerging opportunities and strategic challenges related to automation, data, and human resources as the city positions itself as a logistics and innovation hub in Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands.
On this occasion, Swinburne Vietnam signed memoranda of understanding with the Da Nang Innovation Start-up Support Centre, CSMO Vietnam, and Avoca AI Joint Stock Company to strengthen cooperation in training, research, start-up support, and high-quality workforce development for the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
