Da Nang tops list of most popular domestic destinations among Vietnamese travelers in 2025
DNO - Based on search and accommodation booking data, the travel platform Booking.com has just announced that Da Nang is the most searched domestic destination by Vietnamese travelers in 2025.
According to information released by Booking.com on December 29, Da Nang tops the list of the 10 most popular domestic destinations among Vietnamese travelers in 2025.
The remaining destinations on the list are Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, Phu Quoc, Hoi An, Hue, and Mui Ne.
The ranking reflects the trend of domestic tourists' interest in major cities and resorts. Da Nang is highly rated for its ability to combine many types of tourism in one destination.
For international travel, Vietnamese travelers tend to prioritize nearby destinations and relatively short trips, with nine out of the top ten destinations located in the Asia-Pacific region.
According to Booking.com data, the top 10 most searched international destinations for Vietnamese travelers in 2025 are Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Chiang Mai, Taipei, Paris, and Osaka.
