Two Da Nang chefs honored as Vietnamese Culinary Culture Artisans
DNO - The Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA) has recently awarded honorary titles to artisans who have made great contributions to preserving and promoting traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

Two of the 28 honorees come from Da Nang. In particular, Mr. Doan Van Tuan, Executive Chef of the Ariyana International Tourism Complex at the Furama Resort Danang, is awarded the title of “Viet Nam Culinary Culture Master Artisan”.
Meanwhile, Mr. Vu Ngoc Quyen, Executive Chef of the National Assembly Building in the city, receives the title of “Vietnam Culinary Culture Artisan”.
The honors mark an important milestone in recognizing the chefs’ enduring contributions to the preservation and promotion of local culinary values in Da Nang.
Initiated by the VCCA, the program is considered as a significant landmark in the strategy to build a professional, sustainable Vietnamese culinary ecosystem closely linked with tourism development.
