Da Nang breaks ground on 346ha project in Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park
DNO - Authorities in Da Nang, on Friday, broke ground on a project to develop and operate infrastructure for subdivision B of the Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park.

The project is invested by the Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment JSC, a company within the BIN Corporation Group ecosystem.
Covering an area of 346 hectares, the project has a total investment of over VND 3,373 billion, and will be implemented in Thang Dien and Thang Truong communes.
The project is designed to attract industries that minimize emissions and promote the use of renewable energy. Notably, priority will be given to such hi-tech industries as information technology, telecommunications, electronics, deep processing of silica-based products, processing of medicinal herbs, and agricultural products for export.

Representing the investor, Mr. Le Hung Anh, Chairman of BIN Corporation Group and General Director of Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment JSC, expressed his pride and happiness at being entrusted with an important project at a time when his hometown is entering a new phase of breakthrough development.
He also voiced his confidence that the project can attract secondary investors in high-tech and environmentally friendly industries, bringing significant added value.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Pham Duc An emphasized that the project, along with the infrastructure projects in Subdivision A of the Tam Thang and expanded Tam Thang 2 industrial parks, and the Thang Binh Hi-Tech Industrial Park which is under investment promotion, is expected to form a network of key industrial zones. These are anticipated to create new growth space and momentum, thereby forming a major growth pole in the southern part of the city.
In his remarks at the event, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai stated that the project will extend the chain of industrial, urban and service development in the southeastern area of Da Nang.

He added that the Party and the State have made strong commitments to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. He, therefore, noted that the project’s orientation toward an eco-industrial park model was entirely appropriate and necessary.
