Da Nang ranks 4th among top 10 most searched travel keywords on Google in 2025

DNO - Google, on Friday, released its “Year in Search 2025” list featuring the top 10 trending categories among Vietnamese internet users. In travel category, Da Nang ranked fourth in the most searched travel-related keywords.

In addition to Da Nang, the other top 10 most-searched travel keywords in Vietnam are Da Lat, An Giang, Mui Ne (Lam Dong), Ha Long (Quang Ninh), Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Ca Mau, Phu Quoc and Vung Tau (Ho Chi Minh City).

All the 10 keywords are domestic destinations, clearly reflecting a strong shift toward local travel among Vietnamese tourists, especially in the context of the domestic tourism industry actively diversifying products and enhancing service quality. This positive signal shows growth potential for the domestic travel market in the coming period.

In 2024, the top 10 most searched travel keywords on Google in Vietnam were Malaysia, Vinh Hy, Hoi An, Con Son Can Tho, Gia Lai, Europe, Da Lat, Thuy Chau Tourist Area, Da Nang and Vietnam.
