Vietnamese PM Pham Minh Chinh attends Vietnam Logistics Forum 2025 in Da Nang
DNO - On the morning of November 29, in Da Nang, Vietnamese Prime Minister (PM) Pham Minh Chinh attended Vietnam Logistics Forum 2025 under the theme ‘Vietnam Logistics - Reaching Out to a New Era’.

This annual event is being held the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the Da Nang People’s Committee.
Since its inception in 2013, the forum has aimed to promote the development of logistics services, strengthen linkages with manufacturing and import-export activities, and provide a platform for dialogue and updates on pressing logistics issues in Vietnam and internationally.
In 2017, the forum was designated as one of 60 tasks outlined in the Vietnamese PM’s Decision No. 200/QĐ-TTg dated February 14, 2017, approving the Action Plan to enhance competitiveness and develop Vietnam’s logistics services through 2025. This task was reaffirmed and assigned to the Ministry of Industry and Trade under Decision No. 221/QĐ-TTg dated February 22, 2021.

The forum rotates annually among different localities to promote logistics development tailored to the specific needs of each region. Each year, it adopts a theme to highlight urgent issues in logistics and underscore the sector’s role in the socio-economic development of the country and its regions.
After 12 editions, the Vietnam Logistics Forum has established itself as a reputable platform connecting policymakers, regulators, experts, and businesses for dialogue, information-sharing, and feedback. It has also strengthened the voice of the logistics industry as well as manufacturing and import-export enterprises.

In addition, the forum organises domestic and international study tours and market surveys, and publishes the annual Vietnam Logistics Report, a trusted reference for organizations and businesses in the logistics sector.
At the Vietnam Logistics Forum 2025, in response to a call from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, PM Pham Minh Chinh, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, Da Nang Party Committee Secretary Le Ngoc Quang, and attending leaders from ministries, local authorities, associations, and businesses contributed donations to support Vietnamese communities affected by recent natural disasters.
