In its report on the city’s socio-economic performance for October and the first ten months of 2025, the Statistics Office of Da Nang informed that other service industries citywide maintained a fairly good year-on-year increase although there were signs of a slight slowdown compared to the previous month.

Notably, the real estate business sector continued to be a bright spot, playing a leading role in the growth of the entire group of industries.

After a period of strong adjustment in 2024, the city’s real estate market has been gradually recovering since the third quarter of 2025 thanks to supportive policies addressing legal bottlenecks, adjustments to the land price framework, and progress in key infrastructure projects such as the Co Co River route, the expansion of the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, and new urban areas in the northwestern side of the city.

The number of transactions has rebounded, especially in the land and townhouse segments, showing a recovery in investor confidence. As a result, real estate business revenue in October and the first 10 months of the year recorded strong growth, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the service sector.

Total revenue from other services in October 2025 was estimated at VND 4.598 trillion, down 2.8% compared to September 2025 but up 34.5% compared to the same period in 2024. Of which, real estate business services reached VND 1.749 trillion, down 9.6% month-on-month but up 77.8% compared to the same period.

In the first 10 months of 2025, total revenue from other service industries generated VND 45.890 trillion, up 44.6% year-on-year increase. Real estate business services alone continued to lead the revenue scale with VND 17.239 trillion, up 104% year-on-year.

According to the city’s Statistics Office, with the combined momentum of infrastructure development, investment inflows, and policy support, Da Nang is affirming its position as a comprehensive service center and the leading dynamic real estate market in Central Vietnam, creating a favorable foundation for sustainable development of service industries in the coming time.
