Agricultural and rural products supported in line with the city’s development goals

The plan aims to improve the investment environment, encourage enterprises and individuals to invest in agriculture, and support businesses in overcoming difficulties.

The city will apply policies to attract investment in research, development, and deep processing of agricultural products aligned with Da Nang’s socio-economic orientation.

Priority will be given to projects in cultivation, forestry, livestock, aquaculture, rural development, and OCOP (One Commune, One Product) programmes.

Da Nang targets large corporations to invest in concentrated farming zones and agricultural logistics centres in the period 2026 - 2030 while also encouraging small and medium enterprises and start-ups to develop local speciality products and valuechain linkages.

Investment promotion will focus on ecological, organic, high-tech, low-emission, and circular agriculture, as well as biodiversity conservation and environmental services.

The city will also attract projects that modernise processing and preservation, apply advanced traceability technologies such as blockchain, and standardise production-processing-distribution processes.

Da Nang will further boost technology transfer, digital transformation, and green finance in agriculture; develop supply and distribution systems; and support craft villages and traditional trades linked with local tourism.
