Da Nang announces 10 commercial housing projects eligible for sale
DNO - The Da Nang Department of Construction has announced a list of 10 commercial housing projects eligible for selling homes formed in the future, effective from August 1, 2024.
Among the approved developments, the Thuy Tu Tourism Urban Area in Hai Van Ward features 695 units, including 689 villas and six townhouses. Capital Square 3 and Capital Square 2 in An Hai Ward offer 586 and 530 apartments, respectively.
Other notable projects include The Nam Khang Resort Residences in Ngu Hanh Son Ward with 18 villas, the Mia Plaza in Lien Chieu Ward with 167 apartments; the Tuyen Son high-rise apartment, commercial office, and residential complex in Hoa Cuong Ward with 1,112 units; the Riverside Apartment Complex in Son Tra Ward provides 941 apartments.
Additionally, FPT Plaza 3 in the FPT City urban area includes 837 units, the Da Nang Marina Real Estate and Yacht Harbor Project (Son Tra Ward) offers 34 units. The Con Tien Urban Area in Hoa An Dong Ward has 340 villas, semi-detached, and terraced houses.
Under the regulations, investors who have mortgaged part or all of their projects must release the collateral before signing purchase contracts.
Initial payments cannot exceed 30% of the contract value, with total payments capped at 70% before handover.
Developers are allowed to collect up to 95% only after the buyer receives the ownership certificate, and deposits must not exceed 5% of the sale price once the project meets business conditions.
