Two ‘Made-in-Da Nang’ products honoured as national outstanding rural industrial goods in 2025
DNO - The recent recognition of two products from Da Nang as national-level exemplary rural industrial goods in 2025 affirms the city’s prestige for its typical products as well as opens new opportunities for local enterprises to develop their brands.
A total of 108 products were recognized as national outstanding rural industrial goods in 2025 at a ceremony held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Ha Noi on October 8.
Among them were two from Da Nang: “Mayaca M4 Coffee” by the Mayaca Coffee Co., Ltd. located in Lien Chieu Ward, and “Brown Rice Bars with Nuts and Seaweed” by the Duy Oanh Green Agriculture Cooperative in Duy Xuyen Commune.
“Mayaca M4” coffee is a pure roast coffee known for its natural sweetness, mild acidity, and balanced flavor. Processed by advanced roasting technology, the coffee retains its distinctive aroma and quality, suitable for multiple brewing methods such as espresso, traditional phin, or drip filter. The coffee has a red-brown color, and average caffeine content.
According to Mr. Ho Duc Tien, Director of the company, with 10 years of experience, Mayaca aims for sustainable growth by expanding both domestic and foreign markets. The company is also focusing on promoting the export of green coffee beans and freeze-dried coffee, affirming Vietnam’s position on the global coffee map.
“This award is not only a recognition of our product’s quality but also a ‘passport’ for us to enter the big playground”, Mr. Tien shared.
Meanwhile, the “Brown Rice Bars with Nuts and Seaweed” from the Duy Oanh Cooperative stands out as a nutritious, locally sourced product made from available ingredients in Duy Xuyen and Cu Lao Cham.
“Being honored at the national level motivates us to expand distribution across Vietnam and gradually move toward export” said Mrs. Pham Thi Duy My, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors cum Director of the cooperative.
The National Outstanding Rural Industrial Product Award represents the identity and aspirations of Vietnam’s rural business community.
For Da Nang, the success of these enterprises is not only a source of pride, but also a clear demonstration of the effectiveness of the city’s industrial promotion program, especially in boosting digital transformation, green production and international integration.
This recognition serves as a driving force for Da Nang to continue to have more local products reach broader domestic and international markets in the years ahead.
