Da Nang accommodation revenue tops VND 15 trillion in 9 months of 2025

DNO - Da Nang’s tourism industry continued its strong recovery momentum in 2025, with key indicators showing steady growth across all segments.

According to the city’s Statistics Office, local accommodation facilities welcomed 14.4 million visitors in the 9 months of the year, an increase of 22.3% compared to the same period last year.

Of the total, international arrivals reached 5.8 million, up 27.4%, while domestic tourists numbered 8.6 million, rising 19% year-on-year.

The average length of stay for overnight guests stood at 1.89 days per visitor, slightly higher than in 2024. International travelers stayed an average of 2.04 days, and domestic guests 1.75 days.

Outstandingly, revenue from accommodation services was estimated at VND15.07 trillion (approximately US% 592 million), marking a robust 33.2% increase.

Meanwhile, travel and tourism support services generated around VND3.68 trillion, up 22.1% from the same period last year.

Officials attributed the positive performance to sustained growth in both domestic and foreign visitor numbers, along with gradual improvements in guest stay duration and spending.

Da Nang’s tourism sector is on a path of sustainable recovery, reinforcing its role as a major driver of the city’s consumption, services and overall economic growth.

The coastal central city continues to strengthen its position as one of Vietnam’s leading destinations for leisure, business and international events.
