Da Nang invites strategic investors to Hoa Nhon Dry Port and Logistics Center project
DNO - The Da Nang Department of Finance has announced a call for interested investors to submit documents for approval of the investment policy and investor selection for the Hoa Nhon Dry Port and Logistics Center project.

The project will cover an area of 23.4 hectares in Ba Na Commune. It will border the road along the southern bypass of Hai Van Tunnel to the north and northeast, the Hoa Vang Logistics Service Center to the west and northwest, the road leading to the residential area of Ba Na Commune to the east, and the residential area of Ba Na Commune to the south.
The purpose of the project is to construct the Hoa Nhon Dry Port and Logistics Center in Ba Na Commune to serve functional zones in the city and neighbouring areas, as well as ensure effective connectivity with the Central Key Economic Region and the East-West Economic Corridor, thereby contributing to the city’s socio-economic development.
Once completed, the project will provide logistics services, act as distribution hubs, handle multimodal cargo transport for industrial zones and seaports in the region. It will also offer warehousing, storage, customs clearance and other logistics services.
The expected scale of construction architecture will include warehouses, loading and unloading equipment, technical infrastructure and synchronous auxiliary works.
Investment capital will come from investors' contributed capital and other legally mobilized capital sources. The project’s operation term is 50 years.
The form of investor selection is to approve the investment policy and investors without land-use right auction or bidding for investor selection. The application submission period is seven days, from September 23 to 30, 2025.
According to the municipal Department of Finance, investors interested in registering to implement the Hoa Nhon Dry Port and Logistics Center project must bear all costs and risks if the project is not approved.
At the same time, they are required to be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy and truthfulness of the dossiers and documents submitted to competent state agencies.
