From DT611 route, following a small concrete road running parallel to the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway through Que Son Trung Commune, many people are surprised to see an ecological garden full of fruits nestled amid the vast acacia forests.

This garden was built by Mr. Phan Van Dung in the direction of green agriculture associated with experiential tourism, with myrtle trees as the highlight.

In 2019, Mr. Dung started to renovate a hilly land of more than 1 hectare in Phu Cuong 1 Village, Que My Commune (now Que Son Trung Commune) to plant 500 myrtle trees.

Not only myrtle, Mr. Dung also planted hundreds of betel nut, jackfruit, guava, flowers, and ornamental and shade plants. He also dug ponds for fish and lotus, as well as built walking paths, and installed rest stops.

Over the past two years, his farm has attracted many visitors who come to pick myrtle fruits, enjoy local products, and experience a refreshing green space.

In the coming time, Mr. Dung plans to expand the farm to two hectares, build more rest areas, and grow more flowers and fruit trees in order to enhance the experience for guests.

Another model is The Hygge Farm which is initiated by Mr. Tran Thanh Ha on an area of about 6,000 m² in Phuoc Chanh Village. Designed as a nature-friendly space, it features organic vegetable gardens, shade trees, small-scale livestock, bamboo huts, and outdoor communal areas.

The farm also organizes a number of exciting activities such as language exchanges with international volunteers and life skills training for children and students.

Thanks to active promotion, effective connection and its model that meets the criteria of friendliness and happiness, The Hygge Farm has gradually become a popular destination for many international volunteers. Currently, the farm has 12 - 15 volunteers from various countries such as the UK, France, the Netherlands, the US, and Japan.

The farm also welcomes university students studying foreign languages, agriculture, or tourism for internships and hands-on learning. For disadvantaged children, it organizes free cultural exchanges and English-learning sessions with foreign volunteers.

In general, these friendly eco-farm models in Que Son Trung Commune not only serve economic purposes but also boost experiential tourism and community culture. The combination of green agriculture with experiential tourism, with innovation and responsibility towards nature and society, is paving the way for sustainable development in a land once marked by hardship.
