Thousands expected at art show “Aspiration of Da Nang” on Sept. 18 - 19
DNO - Da Nang will stage a large-scale art show titled “Aspiration of Da Nang” on the evening of September 18 - 19.
The shows will take place at the March 29 Square, Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang on September 18 and the March 24 Square, Ban Thach Ward on September 19, promising an inspiring artistic experience for residents and visitors alike.
The event is directed by the Da Nang People’s Committee, organised by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and produced by Trung Vuong Theater under the artistic direction of Meritorious Artist Quang Hao.
Designed as both a cultural gift to the people and a showcase of Da Nang’s new development vision, the event combines music, dance, and multimedia performance.
It will trace the city’s journey, from historical pride and traditional cultural identity to a modern, innovative urban hub, while highlighting Da Nang’s future aspirations for integration and prosperity.
Structured in chapters, namely “Love Song of the Nation,” “Soul of Quang Homeland” and “Aspiration of Da Nang”, the show delivers emotional narratives reflecting the pride, determination and unity of the city’s leadership and citizens.
The show will highlight well-known Vietnamese artistes including Isaac, Dinh Trang, Hoang My An, Lia Ngoc Nhung, Hong Minh, Meritorious Artist Thanh Chau, and Thu Huong, alongside singers from Trung Vuong Theater, supported by the Trung Vuong Dance Ensemble, vHz String Orchestra, Yellow Stars band, and Trung Vuong’s own music group.
Renowned hosts Nguyen Khang and Thu Hang will guide the audience through the evening
With creative stage direction, diverse artistic expressions, and state-of-the-art sound, lighting and visual effects, the highly-anticipated event is set to become a cultural highlight, evoking pride and uniting thousands in a shared vision for the city’s bright future.
