Da Nang Finance and Technology Week 2025 slated for late Aug.
DNO - The Da Nang Finance and Technology Week 2025 is scheduled to take place from August 28 - 30 in both in-person and online formats.

The event will serve as a forum connecting state agencies, experts, scientists, organizations, businesses, and domestic and foreign investors in order to form a space for bilateral and multilateral cooperation discussions in finance and financial services between Vietnam and the international community.
Thus, it will enhance the position of the Vietnam International Financial Center in the Global Financial Centers Index (GFCI), and propose mechanisms and policies for the development of the Vietnam International Financial Center.
At the same time, the event aims to promote the application of blockchain technology in key economic sectors in Da Nang and Vietnam as a whole such as finance, healthcare, education, logistics and state management.
It will concentrate on gathering feedback to perfect the testing mechanism (sandbox) for digital assets and blockchain technology. It will also contribute to enhancing the connection between research and development (R&D), trial production and commercialization.
Moreover, the event will strengthen cooperation and facilitate technology transfer related to high-tech application projects, especially in advanced packaging and photonic chips.
Specifically, the events scheduled will be Vietnam Annual Financial Forum 2025 on August 28, Vietnam Blockchain Festival 2025 on August 29, and Da Nang Semiconductor Day 2025 on August 30.
Notably, a number of sideline activities will be organized. Included will be receptions and working sessions of city leaders with businesses and investors; field surveys; and an exhibition of images and project information, training facilities, and the introduction of solutions, financial products, blockchain and chip technology, semiconductor microchips, and electronics.
There also will be an exhibition featuring city information, and a job fair connecting job seekers and recruiters involving the semiconductor and electronics industry.
