Charity golf tournament set for September to support ethnic minority children
DNO - The Hoiana Brighter Path Charity Invitational golf tournament is slated to take place at the Hoiana Shores Golf Club in Duy Nghia Commune, Da Nang, on September 20, 2025.

Theme "Brighter Path", the charity golf tournament is jointly organized by the Hoiana Resort & Golf and the VinaCapital Foundation (VCF). It is expected to attract about 100 golfers who are businessmen and influencers at home and abroad.
The participants will be divided into four groups and compete in the stroke play format using Net scores based on Handicap on the 18-hole HSGC course which is among top 100 best golf courses in the world.
According to the organizers, the tournament is not only a playground to connect golf lovers but also a meaningful activity as all tournament fees will directly go to the VCF's Brighter Path programme.
Initiated in 2010, the “Brighter Path” programme aims to support disadvantaged ethnic minority girls in rural areas of Viet Nam. It has so far benefited nearly 3,000 pupils.
Since 2016, the Hoiana Shores Golf Club has implemented many charity activities totalling nearly VND5 billion.
In April 2024, the Hoiana Open Golf Tournament 2024 entitled “For Vietnamese Children”, organized by Hoiana Shores Golf Club, raised more than VND 1.2 billion. Of the figure, over VND 450 million was allocated to support six Brighter Path Girls’ Clubs established by VCF in Da Nang.
