The center was built in the Ta Lang - Gian Bi resettlement area, formerly part of Hoa Bac Commune, Hoa Vang District, currently known as Hai Van Ward, Da Nang.

The over VND14.9 billion project covers a total construction area of 6,250m2. Of this, 910m2 is designated for the construction of the community-based cultural tourism center, with a total floor area of about 750m2.

Work started on the project on October 31, 2024, and the center was officially inaugurated on June 28, 2025.

According to the People's Committee of Hai Van Ward, the Ta Lang - Gian Bi Community-based Cultural Tourism Center not only provides a living space for 240 Co Tu households relocated from the La Son - Tuy Loan section of the Ho Chi Minh Road project to the Ta Lang - Gian Bi Resettlement Area, but also contributes to preserving, promoting and spreading traditional cultural values.

It also creates conditions for local residents to develop tourism and improve their lives.
