Da Nang airport enhances emergency medical response
DNO - The Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV)'s Da Nang office has teamed up with the Military Hospital C17 to enhance emergency medical response and transport at the Da Nang International Airport.

The collaboration includes training, rapid staff mobilization, and patient transport in urgent situations, part of a broader effort to upgrade airport healthcare services.
In detail, the airport takes the lead in on-site command, activating emergency response plans, providing vehicles, manpower, and supporting medical teams in accessing emergency locations. The airport is also responsible for supplying relevant information and covering medical service costs when incurred.
Meanwhile, the hospital is tasked with deploying medical personnel to the scene, performing first aid, treatment, and transporting patients to appropriate care facilities.
The signing ceremony marks a significant step forward in the professionalisation of emergency response and operational procedures at the Da Nang International Airport. It not only helps minimise risks and damages in crisis situations, but also reinforces passenger confidence in the airport’s service quality.
