The soulful hues of Quang noodles
(QNO) - The Quang Noodles Festival 2025, held on June 7 - 8 in Dong Khuong craft village (Quang Nam province), not only showcases the culinary essence of Quang-style noodles, but also offers a vibrant and immersive food space full of cultural "colors".

The event described is a notable highlight of the Cultural, Sports, and Tourism Days of Quang Nam 2025.
The festival featured a diverse array of activities, including traditional Quang noodle-making demonstrations and culinary performances by esteemed chefs from the Quang Nam Culinary Culture Association.

The event highlighted the rich culinary heritage of Mi Quang and the region’s folk cuisine, while also showcasing traditional craft villages and local specialties under the OCOP (One Commune, One Product) program.
