Tam Ky inaugurates the Sao La playground

(QNO) – On April 22, the People’s Committee of Tam Ky City, in coordination with the Quang Nam Branch of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBBank), held an inauguration ceremony for the Sao La playground project at An park and An Son parks.

Delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Sao La Playground project.

The project is part of the “HiGreen - Green Dawn” initiative launched by MBBank, aiming to raise community awareness about environmental protection through modern, eco-friendly outdoor spaces for recreation, sports, and community activities.

The image of the sao la mascot creates a unique highlight for the project.

According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Nam - Standing Vice Chairman of the Tam Ky City People's Committee - the Sao La playground is not only a focal point in urban landscaping, but also a symbol of the collaboration between businesses and local authorities in building a livable city geared toward sustainable development.

The depiction of the sao la, a rare species native to the Truong Son mountain range, also conveys a profound message about nature conservation and nurturing a love for the homeland among younger generations.

City leaders planted trees at the project site.

The city plans to continue organizing cultural and sports activities linked to these two playgrounds, while also calling on residents to join hands in protecting and preserving green, clean, and beautiful public spaces.

A representative of MBBank Quang Nam Branch gave presents to students in Tam Ky City under the “Stepping Forward to School” program.

On this occasion, MBBank Quang Nam Branch awarded funding for the 2025 school year as part of the “Stepping forward to School” program, aiming to provide long-term support to five underprivileged students in Tam Ky City.
