Quang Nam calls for investment in 277 projects
(QNO) - On April 22, 2025, Quang Nam announced the call for investment in 277 projects across sectors such as urban development, tourism, transportation, and industry.

Key projects include the Chu Lai airport expansion, Hoi An-Da Nang and Chu Lai-Da Nang urban railways, and the dredging of the Cua Lo channel.
The Chu Lai airport investment project features a new 3,048m x 45m runway, taxiways, aircraft parking positions (32–40 spots), and a passenger terminal with a capacity of 10 million passengers per year.
The Cua Lo channel dredging project aims to receive 50,000-tonne ships, linking with the Tam Hoa Free Trade Zone. The project aims to dredge the channel for these large ships, build a new port for them, and develop infrastructure in the Tam Hoa Free Trade Zone.
Quang Nam is also seeking investment in urban railway projects connecting Hoi An, Chu Lai, and Da Nang, part of a broader plan to develop transportation infrastructure across road, rail, waterways, sea, and air, enhancing regional and international connectivity.
For industrial park infrastructure, Quang Nam calls for investment in projects such as the expansion of the Chu Lai Truong Hai Automotive Industrial Park (115ha), the Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park (645ha), and the Tam Anh 3 Industrial Park (250ha).
The Department of Finance is responsible for leading investment promotion for these projects, collaborating with the Management Board of Economic Zones, other departments, and local authorities.
