Vietnam hosted international gene conference
(QNO) – On April 15 - 16, the PRISM 2025 Scientific Conference on Gene Research took place in Da Nang City. This is the first time such a conference has been held in Vietnam.

The conference was jointly organized by the life sciences technology company PacBio and market expansion services provider DKSH, bringing together over 200 participants, including leading scientists and experts from both Vietnam and abroad.
According to the Asia-Pacific representative of PacBio, PRISM 2025 is a premier global event that gathers genomics experts and researchers from around the world to exchange ideas and drive scientific discovery.
The event also aims to create opportunities for Vietnamese scientists and researchers to connect with international experts, access cutting-edge gene sequencing technologies, explore advanced genome studies, and gain exposure to global expertise.

The two-day conference features keynote presentations by leading gene science experts, in-depth seminars, and an exhibition showcasing PacBio’s latest sequencing technologies.
PRISM 2025 in Da Nang marks the kickoff of a global conference series, with upcoming stops in Athens (Greece), San Francisco, and Boston (USA).
